- NuPop contains 5.7g of fibre per 30g serving (19.1g per 100g). That's nearly double the fibre of Proper Salted Caramel popcorn, which has 3.2g per 28g serving.
- Is NuPop good for gut health?
- NuPop's seasoning contains chicory inulin, a prebiotic fibre. Chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12g, and each NuPop portion provides 3g.

- NuPop does not contain any known allergens as ingredients. It is produced in a facility where milk, wheat, nuts and soy are also handled.

- Yes. NuPop is made from popped corn, which is naturally gluten-free, and none of its ingredients contain gluten. It is produced in a facility that also processes wheat, so those with coeliac disease or a severe gluten allergy should bear that in mind.
